Ok it's halftime, and the Raiders are the sorta team that can give up 20 points in a half. Fitz gonna have to yell at them and maybe his magic saliva drops will awaken them.
We def can score 20+ on them but need to completely turn around our performance

Our attack sucks

Hynes was working better for us as first and second receiver.

Graham is just getting in the way now and slowing it down

Trindall himself been okay but attack looks so disjointed, my preference was keep halves as they are and at this stage I’m not convinced the right call was made here.

Although do understand why we’d go the way we did with it

Not sure how we turn this around, even with CNK still in the bin.

Only chances are that our energy increases and the Raiders implode.

The way we are playing at the moment we wouldn’t be able to chase down this lead no matter who we were playing.

Wade just needs to concentrate on bashing people in defence.

Yeah I dont think Trindall has been the main problem. But everything looks disjointed.

Need to go up the middle not working on the edges raiders are finding cover or a good tackle.

Hunt and Brailey around the ruck need something special get a try get some momentum see how raiders handle it they can give away a lead but wouldn't be surprised if they go on with this either.

Too much pressure on Hynes to create need more from Mozza and Tricky they are having solid games

It’s just moving Hynes to FB we miss both our fullback and half. If we can put Hynes back to 7. That’s only one issue, we can’t hold the ball and getting smoked in the ruck.

If you want the superstitious view we are playing at a bogey ground against one of our bogey teams.

I definitely hope he puts McInnes back on early, Horsburgh and Sutton are slow as hell.

My thoughts:

I similar to Borts post I think we went with the wrong starting forwards.

McInnes wasted a lot of juice running into the big boppers. Would have been best to start Hunt amd bring him after 25. We got caught out with small middles on our try line.

Again our mistakes prove costly. Kicking dead, 2 x drop balls at the back (3 if you include Katoas drop ball).

Simple drop ball but many of our players (Hynes, Katoa, Tolman, Wilton to name a few)

Backing sweeps look like we are running at 80%. Looks very premeditated - not adjusting to defensive reads etc.
