That sounds like Edwards? Wouldn’t call him a super star but def doesn’t look like he’d be pulling any other teams up the ladder, yet goes fine for Panthers.

Ponga and Newcastle is an interesting one.
Is he worth 1mil? Well to Dolphins and Newcastle the answer seems to be yes.
I think Dolphins pressure forced Newcastles payment up but at the same time they would have had corporate and fan pressure to keep that big name player and face of the team.

They obviously didn’t see a clear way that mil can be spent which gets them in a better position.
Can’t really imagine even if they find another 200k that Munster goes there personally, without Ponga there their team doesn’t seem super attractive to anyone else they want to sign either.

would be nice if one of our kickers can learn how to put up a decent torp. our kicking game is absolute shithouse imo. need to try new things out there to put more pressure on our oppositions back 3.

Believe me, as a long term Sydney FC member, I fucking agree, it doesn't belong to them, Moore Park is Sydney FC’s true home too and they put in just as much work as the Chooks did to help get this upgrade across the line. But Uncle Nick generally gets what he wants. I think his argument boils down to that Souths didn't do anything to help get the project done and are opportunistically swooping in when the hard work is done, which is petty as **** from the Chooks unless theres money involved, which I haven’t the faintest idea if there is.

You don't see Parra say that other clubs can't play at Bankwest. Just stupid and petty. Showing their true colours.
