Agreed with the above. No doubt not Sharks best showing. But they have not been that ill disciplined for a 12-7 penalty count. Reffing has been poor, but they haven't played their usual game either

Not much good we can take out of this game. Ramien is RAW as and not the answer on the wing. Bird is back to his crap end of season form. Townsend is so readable and as expected we lack anything out of dummy half, although Brailey looks like he could grow into this with confidence.....
I'll give it to Wigan though- better than in thought they'd be.

Well hopefully that has got all the dodgy decisions and stoopid mistakes out of the way. But well done Wigan. Too good by a long way. Night all.

We were poor. Looked completely off the pace for large parts of the game.

Fifs and Brailey two shining lights imo

Beale was good at fullback, but we need a gamebreaker in that position. Looking forward to seeing what Val will offer us in that position. Capewell made a couple of errors but deserves more chances, probably at the expense of Beale, despite the fact he was one of our best. Thought Braillie had good involvement.

I mean Beale had the try assist and his positioning was generally decent enough, definitely nothing special as a fullback though. Brailey was decent, made a lot of tackles and had crisp passing.

Also - if this loss is so frustrating, imagine if we lost the Grand Final (even though I didn't pay $2k to fly to Homebush).
