Think Lolohea from warriors will get rookie of the year ahead of bird.
how good does he go at fullback....unfortunately they will need to replace him with RTS

Hes played almost every back line position and has performed awesome this year consistently even when the warriors have been crap in the last 2 months

i think lolohea going to halfback makes life difficult for him

at fullback or centre he was playing well

i think it has to go to bird or elgey just on the results factor alone

Bird has to win it. Playing such an important position and took us to 6th. Lolohea is a close 2nd, he did well wherever he played but the Warriors struggled this year. Elgey spent a little too much time out injured. Massive fan of Campbell-Gillard and Kata too.

So Thurston wins his fourth, he becomes the greatest player of all time?

Wish I could have seen him play, sadly he retired before I took an interest in the game.

Johns beat player ever. Controlled the game like no other.
Kicking game was freaky.

It's too hard to call I reckon. Thurston is a great player but never quite had the "recognised" influence over a game like Johns did.
I think that's because of the company that Thurston plays with, particularly at SOO and Test level.
Splitting hairs IMO.
