The blue jersey, but it just needs a bit more contrast. Maybe something like taking the sleeves from the black jersey and then carrying some black in to the shoulders?

And maybe swap out the grey chevron/arrow on the front for a white option, just something mainly so the red Aramex logo isn't on a blue background.

Looks alright though.

If given a choice, I'd change the Logo before the jersey.

A modernized version of the 78-97 shield in the hats above would be ideal.
