That one’s nice… heaps better than our recent ones, the heritage one with the collar we wore recently is sexy too

100 percent.
The logic behind keeping the traditional jersey is sound. But also, we aren't a foundation club like Souths, dragons or roosters. Which I think allows the club more freedom when it comes to jersey designs.
If the goal is to a have a jersey that is as inconic or as recognisabls as dragons or Souths, as Gus would say.. you'll be just inviting disappointment in to your life.
Having fresh designs doesn't erase the hoops as our traditional jersey.
Extremely iconic? NoHuh?
Our hoops is extremely iconic, it often gets rated highly as a recognisable design outside NRL fans.
The other teams mentioned have one slightly iconic design, which all happens to be their inaugural jerseys, the Storms premiership, Cowboys saddle, and Warriors DB Bitter.
Everything since then has mostly been a hot mess. Warriors have had more colour changes then most of us on here have had sex.
I mean.. they're not. But they are. They still use that jersey.Dragons aren't a foundation club like Souths & Roosters matey lol
Extremely iconic? No
Highly recognisable? Maybe, at Lowes!
What is an outside nrl fan, isn't this just a non fan? I feel like there's a bunch of studies done which sporting clubs are the most recognisable, I'm sorry to tell you.. we aren't on any of those lists.
"One slightly inconic design" yes.. that's what makes those designs iconic.
None of this make any sense what so ever.
Except maybe your lack of sex.
It’s sick but it’s not our jersey
What pop culture has it featured in? (Thats a genuine question)If a non league watching AFL fan can see our hoops and say that's the Sharks, or if a majority of 8yr kids can draw out jersey from memory, and it's featured in pop culture for the best part of 50yrs, it's pretty iconic
Aqua is blue, Dragons are a foundation club. Just say **** like its true hahaI mean.. they're not. But they are. They still use that jersey.
Roosters aren't the eastern suburbs any more either. Still a foundation club.
Ok.
Aqua is Orange and.. the Red V doesn't exist.
Built my house 8yrs ago, gonna start on the foundation tomorrowOh they exist... since 1920

I think you missed the actual point.Built my house 8yrs ago, gonna start on the foundation tomorrow
The Red V is probably the most iconic jersey in league arguably only the South’s have a more iconic jersey … some people just don’t know how to read between the linesI think you missed the actual point.
But yes, they are not a foundation club. Which I already pointed out. I should have worded it better originally, it's their foundation jersey and the Red V is iconic. And they simply cannot change from it.. we can though. Because the hoop is nowhere near as iconic. Thats just the facts.
