Agree with this wholeheartedly.

I understand that memberships - particularly unticketed - are about profits, and providing high quality merch eats into that. But it really doesn't cost very much at all to make a high quality, attractive stubby cooler. Even high quality truckers hats are very cheap to get manufactured.

the $50 cssc packs rape the membership pack the sharks gave out in a huge way

i understand that the sharks wont supply us a pyjama shirt but the hat received was flat out embarrassing, and the rape whistle... well it was handy at sound wave, thats about it

the best think about the back pack with the sharks one is now i can put my sweaty basketball guards and socks in it after a game. thats the best compliment that can be handed out for it.

Not even then. Had a cab back into it once by accident but thats about it.

A Sharks mailbox would be cool. But a massive target - not just cause its Sharks. I'm pretty sure if after, say, round 1 2011 after the Raiders game I was putting the empties in the recycling and noticed the neighbour's Raiders mailbox... he'd be picking his Dominos vouchers up off the lawn the next day.

The hardest time for any member to attend.

Why couldn't they of done it during a bye weekend to keep the supporters on a high?

It should of been a fixed date set at the beginning of the year so all members can organise themselves to attend this event which is the prime selling point of the platinum membership.

It should not be a surprise event and a challenge to attend.

The marketing department should be sacked for promoting a product that falls so short due to lack of co-ordination.
