I turned on Channel 10 news in Brisbane and the first Sports story was the Broncos extending two of their players, and the Carney story was second and only went for a few seconds. God I hate Brisbane so much some times!

You're deffinitly a Shark out of water up there in Brisbane.. With a bit of luck Petro will be sluggish all year & the young fellas will cripple under the pressure of a team without Darren Lockyer. Was it originally planned for him to play the entire 4 nations?

Haha it is a guilty pleasure of mine to read the opinion page of said paper... Its frustrating, but hilarious in equal measure!!

Must be the only city in the western world that only has one paper - how backward...

nothing wrong with Briz vegas. Best city in the country.
having lived here for over 20 years I do as the Romans do...support the Broncos and the signing of "the big show and the Hoff" was massive news here in Broncoland.
Live here and love it...

Henry perenara is redding this game between wales and England. Pretty slopy game. Lots of dropped ball!

Was just reading about the Tim Moltzen saga, seems weird? Just on the individual player, why sign an agreement then 2 months later say it would be 'intolerable' to follow thru with it? Talk about changing your mind. Now he's making threats to go on strike next year - if thats a true story by the media? Haha

Tigers seem to be also shady in what's going on, quite obviously throwing a spanner in the works because they now need to punt Lui. Given the times we live in, I wonder if Tigers will offer a deal of Lui instead of Moltzen?
