OHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
So stoked with that, was crapping myself for nearly the whole 90mins but Spain just looked so in control. Was surprised that the possession was only 51/49. Much deserved win, key German players just didn't show up. Ozil played the way he's looked for the whole tournament; tired, ****ed and lazy, Podolski went missing and they just couldn't get the ball off Spain at key moments. Great!
Viva Espana!!! Bring on the final!

Ole Ole Ole! Way to go SharkBoy, I knew Spain would dominate in the midfield and control possession and the pace of the game. How good is Iniesta? They will win for the simple fact that they are the best balanced side in the tournament; rock solid at the back, creative in midfield, and have David Villa up front! :cheers

Ole! How good was it Mega?! Brilliant, the best they've looked all tournament. Very fluent, Germany just couldn't match it. Iniesta is a GOD!! Awesome, best midfield in World soccer. Such domination! Can't wait for the final, bring on the Dutch!

I'll be barracking for the Netherlands in the Final. So stoke they've made it this far. Hard luck to Germany. They were easily the most watchable team at the Cup until this morning. Chelsea, please sign Ozil now!

I know he's been heavily linked to Liverpool.

Wouldn't mind seeing him play for the Reds.

It would give me an excuse to like him as I can't stand him as it is.

I cannot wait for the final. Just hope the Netherlands can hold out the Spanish attack during the 1st half. Because, the Dutch defense will crumble if they let a goal or two in, in the 1st half. In saying that, after Robinho scored in the semi's I thought it was all over for the Dutch.

Oranje for the win! Robben to score 2 in the biggest game of his life!

Brazil are very different to Spain, The way they held out the Germans who had supposedly the best attack was very impressive.
In saying that though, it's a World Cup final, anything can happen. It will be a cracker.

Viva España! Vamos La Furia Roja!!!

One thing that is worrying me is the fact that the Spanish are very very patient in their attack. Just like last night after a corner Puyol had the ball say 10 yards outside the box and just simply kicks it all the way back to set it all up again. They won't just have short and sharp passes then fire in a few attempts like Brazil did.

On another note, Is any one else ready to put Xavi up their with the best in Messi and Christiano? Some talk of people putting him at the top.

The thing with Xavi, and even Iniesta, is that they can transfer they're club form onto the international stage, unlike C. Ronaldo and Messi.
You would think that Xavi and Iniesta were playing for Barca sometimes when they play for Spain.

I have been really impressed with Iniesta in this World Cup. I rated him before the Cup, but he has gone to another level. Xavi is probably the most consistently great player in the world, but Christiano and Messi at their best are better than Xavi.

Yeah I find it hard to disagree with you. I guess the thing with Spain is that they pretty much all play in the same league, they're very familiar with one another's game and the core of this squad has been together for a long time. It's almost the same team that won Euro 2008. But I think the familiarity has a lot to do with the success of Xavi, Iniesta, Puyol, Villa (so devestated he's going to Barca!)

I'm a Real Madrid fan Mega! But I do have a soft spot for Valencia, absolutely hate Barca, although happy that guys are like Xavi and Iniesta are carving up for Spain. Can never hate those guys. And just really wanted Villa at Madrid, haha.
Anyway, can't wait for this final!
