those bastards deserve a serve of karma

bloody group of death again

I am pretty sure Aus's group is not a group of death. I am pretty sure group g would be the group of death... Brazil (2) Portugal (5) Ivory Coast (16) Then North Korea. So stop your sooking.

Group G is by far the group of death as dier mentioned.

And your defiantly right sharkafar, Essien would easily be the 1st choice if Man U could take one Chelsea player, IMO.

hey sharksafar, our good mate Robbie Fowler backdoored it after the sydney fc v nth qld fury game, ditching the few scouser fans that waited outside the players entrance, my brother who was one of the waiting fans wants nothing to do with him now..

ah, liverpool fans, where is your god?

Do mexico or russia have a chance at the world cup boys? They are paying big odds!

He probably saw the pie van and wanted to be first in line.... :D

We do have a tough group for the WC but there's no easy games at this stage. If we can make it to the last 16 this time, it will be a better achievement than in '06.

Mexico have a tough group with France, S.Africa and Uruguay. Not worth betting in IMO. If you want a bit of a smokie Hitman, put a little on the Ivory Coast. Their odds may have floated out a bit now due to the group they're in.

Germany, sure they are the best team in that group by a country mile.

Serbia who completely chocked last world cup and put in the worst performance.

Ghanda the team who is ranked 37 in the world and only qualified for the world cup for the first time ever.

Pretty good draw IMO, Not the best. Serbia and Ghanda are very beatable.

*Ghana :S

It's a tough group, but we can definitely get out if we play well. Our last couple of outings have been far from inspiring though. We need a massive improvement on the rubbish that we have been dishing up lately.

Our last world cup group was just as tough, if not tougher.

My problem is that we basically have the same squad as last time.... just 4 years older.

Unless we start bringing in some young players we are not going to make it in 2014.

No better time to play Germany for Australia than in the first group game before they've had time to really settle into their groove. Too bad that either England or the U.S. wait in the first knockout round after that.

My rooting interests at the World Cup:

5. Ivory Coast - The Drogba/Kalou combo.
4. Ghana - Michael Essien.
3. England - Super Frank/JT.
2. Australia - Proud of this great nation!
1. New Zealand - Proud of my heritage.

:D

Should be a fun extravaganza!

That reads like a Marge Simpson wuss bet, "can't I just bet that they will all have a good time?"

England and Australia
