He's gone ok in defence but like plenty in his team I've been a little under whelmed by Ricky lelutele thus far this year.. Hope he does more ASAP cause he might be the one punted when beau is back...

Carney is the paid professional not me and suppose to be our best player. His kicking game is usually quality, last night it wasn't. And can't blame holdsworth cause Carney's usually paired with Robbo who has an even worse kicking game. Having said that Holdsworth did go missing and didn't do his job so all the pressure went onto Carney but I am just saying the talent he is he could have done better, he was really off in this regard
Dropping Ricky cause he hasn't fired yet would be a mistake. He was a demon in the trials and still our most talented backline player. He wasn't given much quality ball at all to work with last night. Our flat unstructured attack would make Inglis look ordinary

We were pretty crap. Holdsworthless and Prior need to go for Punani and David Fifita.
Dragqueens tries were all soft. Jonno and Ayshford should of smashed Bmoz over the line before he could ground the ball for both his tries. Feki got walked over by Nightingale because the kid cannot jump.
Carney did look sharp but kept putting up pointless bombs to Quinlan. Should of put some cross field kicks to the wings.
Ricky Leutele needs more ball. The whole first half every attacking rade pretty much went down our right side.
Feki was strong offensively. As were Heighington and Sopoaga.
We should of won this game. Dropped so much ball at crucial times in the last 20 when the Merge were struggling.
Oh well. 0 and 3 it is. Burning.

I knew last night wasn't likely to be good when I got to the family hill and it was covered with Merge fans. Lucked out and got a seat with my Dad (who is a Merge fan) which was right next to the away bay.
While the freakish try from Morris' was one of the best finishes I've ever seen, Wright didn't even contest the ball. Just tried to push Morris over the sideline. I would have rather he tried to stop him from getting the ball and missed then try the low percentage play of forcing him out. I was a fan of Wright playing centre but he has been very average this year.
Still a better effort than our first two games but goodness me it is frustrating seeing these losses.

To only lose by 2 made me feel a bit better, before the game the was the only thing I was worried about was buy how many.

Based on what, a single FG game? Penani has loads more talent and is young, he's raw. Give him the experience in top grade and he will begin to prosper. He already offers more than that hack Holdsworth who's only ability is passing the ball left or right within a set play
Tell me about it. The ratio of Dragons to Sharks fans there last night was disgusting. They were ****ing everywhere, infecting the landscape with their Merge cooties.
Smug pricks walking around like they own the place, touching everything as if it will Merge with them because they are not use to actually owning their own things.
The Northern Hill looked like one big red menstruation cycle and then the walk out of the ground after they won with those pricks FMD
We do but they are made to look look alot worse than they are thanks to terrible coaching, no structure and being flat as a tak

Haha, especially the Merging part. I felt like someone had come to my house and I had to abide by their rules. If I wanted to be surrounded by Dragons fans, I would have gone to Kogarah or ANZ, whatever their "home" ground is these days. All their songs and chants were quiet when we were winning 6-4. They somehow started again when St George got the lead.
