Whose to say he can’t get back that form playing in his chosen and best position of left side. Just for this year. If he gets some of his previous form back playing in his preferred position then why would we put teig back there when teig has been fkn it up. Imo Nikora was worse defensively and with his hands in his first 2 full seasons. I was calling for him to go back to the Jets for ages, but now look how good he is. It turns out NRL coaches are more patient than us fans.

He’s our captain and been great for our club. There has been dozens of players whose form has turned around giv n an opportunity. I can’t think of any right now - but dozens. Who knows how he’ll go but it’s not his first rodeo and he is a leader at the club and my guess, albeit a very optimistic one, is he will shine once again.
