I had a few bucks on a Tracey first try scorer and Sharks to win multi... So bloody close!
Millimeters apparently
Looked like he may have grazed the chalk on the big screen and Wades was even closer!
You can’t get any closer than either of those and still not be awarded a try

Not bad for a bloke who supposedly can’t pass.

He can’t and I still think had he passed to Hiroti on his No try that we had a better chance of scoring

But…..
He did do a lot very well last night so kudos to him
Played a fair bit of first receiver last night at times for a bloke who can’t pass

Kennedy can do everything Connor can and more. We're lucky to have him as backup for our back 5 but he'll never be Kennedy's level at fullback.

what pass did he make that was so spectacular, bloke could have passed the ball to hiroti and we would have been up 6-0 early
Never said he was a spectacular passer. The rhetoric he can’t pass at all is a gee up though

I think it’s more than he can’t pass well at speed or under pressure. If he is just catching and passing while stationary he’s fine.

It’s actually surprising with younger players how often some kid who is considered a “great passer” is actually only good in specific situations. E.g. Lots of hookers can’t catch and pass on the run, and I’ve seen rep halves who can’t execute a simple 3 on 2 at training.

Connor never grew out of that.
