Everyone keeps saying he is first grade material and he does some great things but also blows a some great opportunities
Yep

I’m glad we aren’t fully relying on him out the back in plays because there has been chances he’s blown

He’s adding value in his own way which is good

I think he is first grade material, however it seems his best position by far is wing.

But considering he’s had to fill in for each outside back position on short notice, on top of the fact that he isn’t in our starting 1-5 when we’re full strength, I think he’s doing a stellar job so far.

I mean he wasn't great playing wing in the finals last year...

How good was that one on one tackles on Tino. I like Kennedy, but imagining him attempt that tackle I picture the inflatable flailing arm tube man.

Tracey's work supporting in the middle is exactly what we've been wanting, too.

Just watching him make a great run and offload ten out from halftime, too.

Really great work from this guy.

I love CT. His Dad was a ****ing weapon who should have played a long time. So should he.

It's difficult to really tell on telly but I think it was @Jasonstevenswedgie mentioned Tracey's good work organising our D. I've noticed this. Our D in general has improved but particularly off our line we seem numbered up & ready. Obviously other things like a better attitude & **** help too.

Bingo. Its changed our shape, we uave adapted and the last 2 weeks we look great with the ball
Why try squeeze through a side window when you can kick the front door in? We've got so many strong runners with lightning PTBs.

Connor is doing what Connor does - being a great backup.

Being a great backup would essentially make him captain, coach and CEO at a club like the Tigers. But they wouldn't have the money to pay him for it cause they manage cash like a junkie that found a tenner

Tought nut. Puts in 120%
Wish he passed the ball more though

Careful what you wish for

Agree, have noticed it since his first game when Will went off injured

His communication appears to be superior to Kennedy's. He is much more vocal and chatty when defending on our line

After watching Connor play FB in the trials a few years ago and look unconvincing / borderline disaster waiting to happen I gotta give him credit for being solid and his speed makes him a good threat out of dummy half

Once he got that ball from Ramien I knew we were in, no one was gunna catch him from there even though Jayden was actually making some ground on him I don't think Connor was quite @ 100% speed stretching out. A step towards the posts was enough to buy him the time required and space required but it also slowed him down a bit

While he probably deserves a pay day and these dopes would be throwing the kitchen sink at him.

The question remains, why would you do it?

Is this guy our 14 next year? I reckon yes. As mentioned above we play differently with him in the side, which gives us options. I miss our “thing of beauty” sweeping backline plays with Will, but Connors influence has its own charm.

Let’s see how it goes against a top side.
