1990 Round 4 Caltex Field vs Canberra. Canberra won the comp this year and they had a gun side. We played like crap all day and were down 7-2 with two to play. My best mate and I always sat on the fence in front of the PB Stand we decided we'd had enough so to beat the rush of traffic we made our way towards the car park behind the now ET stand. Just as we were going over the hill the whole crowd starts going crazy. We sprint back. ET GOES IN UNDER THE POSTS! Alan Wilson converts we win 8-7.

Just one of many good wins I remember when watching the boys from 1977 to now.

Quite a few memorable wins, besides the ones that have been mentioned. 1999 smash up of Brisbane in the semi. Also in 1999 when we beat the Warriors in the last minute when Peachey stripped the fullback on a kick return and passed it to Best to score in the corner, then Healey slotted the goal from the sideline in driving rain. Probably the best conversion i've seen.
Another was in 1991 at Parra Stadium when ET blocked a Sterlo grubbber picked it up and run 90m to seal the game for us. That was my first Sharks game i went to.

Good choice.

I remember watching this game on ABC on Saturday arvo.

The win took us to outright first on the ladder with a 4-0 record.

Unfortunately we ended up missing the finals that year.

What year was it we played Parra at Parra and scored 4 tries in about 10 mins. Thinking around 88. 89?
