Anyone remember this night? Crowd went nuts over this. Only three years ago I think.

This stands out a lot too! I was meant to be at this game but the roads north from the South Coast were flooded. My friend in Wollongong who had the tickets car broke down in warilla or something and she was stuck on the side of the road and her phone went dead. There was no possible way of me getting there. Just ended up watching it at home with dragon supporters. That set of six still leaves bruises.

1990 Round 4 Caltex Field vs Canberra. Canberra won the comp this year and they had a gun side. We played like crap all day and were down 7-2 with two to play. My best mate and I always sat on the fence in front of the PB Stand we decided we'd had enough so to beat the rush of traffic we made our way towards the car park behind the now ET stand. Just as we were going over the hill the whole crowd starts going crazy. We sprint back. ET GOES IN UNDER THE POSTS! Alan Wilson converts we win 8-7.

Just one of many good wins I remember when watching the boys from 1977 to now.

Haha I remember that one. I was at university and went to a party at someone's house that night. (No idea who) :)
I made them turn on the TV so I could sit in the lounge and watch us again on the replay.
:drunk
And when was that one - early 90's? - when we played the Dogs at Belmore. Eion Crossan hit a sideline penalty to even up the score 14-14 and then Healy dobbed a field goal in the dying minutes. 15-14, driving a minibus, listening to the radio broadcast and punching the roof while shouting out the window as the siren sounded. :good:

Watched the Sharks 68 to Manly's 6 in 2005 last night.

What a game! Absolutely killed them in every aspect. The ball handling was outrageously good.

Your second one was 1994. I know this because I'd just been going out with my wife for a short time and even though she knew I followed the Sharks, she didn't know how fanatical I was. We were sitting down listening to it on the radio and when Healey kicked that FG, I went nuts whooping and hollering. Scared the living day lights out of her!

this was one of the games in question with the peptides.

But that set was great. It was brutal but they still made more metres than a true defensive set.

Remember Gardner taking the quick tap against Gals wishes in the last few minutes of the first half. We scored off it. Was it Toops or Smith that scored the try?

I think Pom got a classic right place right time try when Morris spilled it.

Yep toops scored with like 2 minutes left after the Gardner quick tap. I remember gal was literally screaming in his ear as he was getting up to play the ball.

Pom also got the classic dive on the ball try haha great game

Cheers Chadster. I used to drive that bus for a local organisation that worked with young people with learning and physical disabilities. I didn't scare them though. They thought the whole episode was hilarious. :)
