Who do you think will be Minor Premiers this year?

Not the Premiers but the team that will finish first after the regular rounds.

And who gets the spoon?

Let’s hear your thoughts.

I’m rolling with
Premiership-Penrith ( will know early if the loss last year has lit a fire in them)
Spoon- dragons

The one I can’t gauge is manly if the turbos x2 stay fit and healthy, they’re a whole new beast.

Hard to go past Panthers and Saints. Second spoon option would be tigers

Minor Premiers... Unfortunately Roosters.

Wooden Spooners... Dragons.

Big call for Dragons but I've just got that feeling they won't be with it this year.

Minor premiers: I’ll go Penrith but they’ll be pushed all the way by Souths and maybe Melbourne.
Spoon: Brisbane, I think they’ve actually gotten worse this year. Dragons and Cowboys just ahead of them.

Surely a club like Brisbane can’t be double spooned.

I’m looking at their roster and I genuinely think it’s worse. No club is big enough to fail in a salary capped league, as it should be.

Last season was the sort of season where I wish we had promotion/relegation. Imagine the chaos if we see the Broncos get relegated.

Careful what you wish for Crazy.
I’m dead against a relegation system as teams can potentially fall in, lose “public view” which can then make it hard to attract players, sponsors etc needed to work back out.
I’d rather no relegation system which means the Sharks could NEVER fall into that cycle.

It was tongue in cheek Westy. I thought that was clear.

If it were ever brought in (it won’t be), well there’s an obvious way to avoid all that. Don’t suck so hard that you get relegated. Although I know this will never be implemented, part of me is warming to the idea of proper actual consequences to being **** enough to finish dead last apart from a mythical kitchen utensil.
