Great attacker but consistently misses the important one on one tackles.

Always thought he is a liability, last night wasn’t the first time he has been a turnstile.

Yes he is good in attack but so would others be given the opportunity to train a full time fullback.

I'm not saying Will is perfect - just IMO he is our best fullback at this stage.

Most of those tries last night - I blame twelve other players in the front line before Will.

I don’t understand this argument of blaming the other players before they get to Will ?

This is literally a part of the fullbacks job, to clean up any mess those players before him have leaked through and give us a strong last line of defence. He may as well of not even been there on some of those efforts

If people think a fullbacks job is not to clean up line breaks etc, then play Kennedy in the line because there’s no use him being back there.

But also if people think all our players should (or can) be top NRL players with no apparent weaknesses even in a final against 3rd there’s no use watching.

Obviously we can have discussions about it but it’s not like we’re playing peak Billy Slater in reserve grade.

End of the day team wasn’t good enough and there were many factors.

Being able to make a 1 on 1 tackle is not elite

If you want to be contesting for premierships, you need a fullback that is going to clean up.

He spent more time hugging goal posts than making tackles last night.
