He reminds me of moylan **** under the high ball but has silky skills. I'm not convinced moylan is a first grader but for what we are paying this bloke he could be handy if he works on his weaknesses.

It's a wrong to say Moylan is not a first grader.

Fair to question if he deserves to be considered elite level on top dollar considering his injury history .

Had a hand in two tries, one through a kick try assist, the other with nice hands.

Safe under the high ball too.

Defn needs to put on a few kilos

He's defn too good for NSW cup, but if he's good enough for first grade only time will tell but he deserves another shot imo

How’d he go today?

played well. safe on the high ball. Always dangerous when he had the ball.
Two great assists that ended up in tries. Unfortunately, with his weight, he gets smashed in tackles

That is a good summation.

Will be an interesting proposition with another off season under his belt.

Also will be good to watch him next week and hopefully the week after. Good experience.

Wills try saving tackle today in the GF was all time. The ability and speed to chase the bears player down and wrap his arm under the ball. Was a game changer and he will go down as a Newtown legend.

In he context of the game in that moment, it meant nothing. Just denying the Bears another try.

In the context of the game at full time, it meant everything.

I cheered harder at that than anything else

Disagree if the bears score they go 3 tries ahead. Game over
Would have been hard for the jets to come back from that.

Solid game at the back. enjoyed seeing him take on the line and ball play a bit for that second Katoa try

my word how far he has come from some very shakey debut games in 2019

he's going to be a better defender and decision maker at fullback than holmes was

See ya Moyza. Happy for this guy to be No.1 for the rest of the season

Yeah well, I ain’t that hasty after only one game, but there’s definitely a potentially solid ball playing fullback in there. I’d persist with him for now, but he might find it hard to keep his spot when Xerri and Dugan are back.

With Dugan's knee they'll be crazy to bring him back at FB. Leave him on the wing, less Kms to cover.

Kennedy was good. Reminds me of the Peach a bit. Cool and collected.

How good is Kennedy under the high ball. Really solid performance, and looks a player who'll only get better with game time.
Having said that, I reckon we win that game with Moylan playing. He would have carved them up alongside SJ.

Kennedy was good but he is too small

Dugan is a monster returning the ball

But here is the tricky part, Dugan doesnt make that pass kennedy did, or finish like katoa

Where does he play?

He's no smaller than Gutho, or a few other FBs imo. I think his size is fine we're just not going to get monstrous kick returns from him.

Not going to get them from Moylan either.
