Kennedy for NSW?

I tell ya what he shits all over Turbo and Teddy right now but he's not hype enough to get into the clique of Origin selection - they have their pets and incumbents

Even the great David Peachey only managed 4 Origin games and I think some might have been on the wing?

Blues should prob just stick Latrell or Edwards there

All good.

I think origin is another step up from Will. At least for now.
For sure, doesn't have the physicality for it and isn't so good at the other stuff you must have him (like a Slater)
Good to see most of his stats are competitive though

Some of his major strengths are being able to use his footy instincts and finesse to create opportunities within a team that knows each other back to front I reckon.
Put him with players he doesn't know and that don't know him and, even though he'd do the basics well, his major attributes would take a back seat.

I know you could say the same about most players but I think it's even more the case with Will.

Yeah the relationships and familiarity are very important for ball players, especially ones that come flying in on the ball without much time to decide

No doubt Will has improved in the last two years and while if we had a swarm of illness go around and all the fullbacks in normal contention took ill, I don't think he'd let anyone down. But yes, he's a bit down the pecking order at the moment.

One thing I have liked about Will is his increased confidence and the way he chimes in on the sweeping plays. His speed usually gets him on the outside of a defender and a lot of teams find it hard to defend. Ronnie and Sione have a lot to thank him for.
