I really think our main problem isn't with the players. It's the coaching team and the coaching structures that need to be changed. It all seems so simple and as I've said before, I cannot understand how someone like myself, who has never played the game, can see the flaws in our attack and defence, yet the coaching staff don't. That really irks me.

If you watch footage of other teams when they play, their attack is 10 times faster than ours. They have decoy runners that actually fool defences and the passes are timed so well that players are actually put into gaps. In defence so may teams move up in a line and cut off attacking plays and put pressure on the attacking side. Our execution is dreadful in both attack and defence.

Bingo, we don't evolve or change very little from season to season.

This is certainly one of our Problems we are slow in Attack, slow in Defence slow in signing good Talent and slow in getting rid of Players and Management staff who should not be here.
