Agree. Whats massive money? For a winger? Not big big coin. Every club should have about 400 allocated to a star outside back in their plans.
If u were to sneeze at a great winger for 350-400k you shouldnt be in the business of buying players.

I agree all of them would be great signings. But Mansour will not be cheap. Even with Canberra in the picture, I reckon it would take a monster offer to lure him away from Penrith.
