Who Should We Look At For 2014?

I think it's time we develop some players file once. Spend our money on juniors with maybe 1 or 2 signings to replace retirees in our squad and improve on 1 position we lack depth in.

We should be in the market next season for a prop to replace Ross, a Hooker to replace Morris/De Gois/Robson and a solid back that is an improvment on our currnet stock.

Plan A: James Tamou
Plan B: Aiden Tolman

Hooker:
Plan A: Robbie Farah
Plan B: Nathan Peats

Back:
Plan A: Greg Inglis
Plan B: Kane Linnett

Hopefully we are able to sign atleast one plan A, which would mean either Inglis, Farrah or Jame Tamou, i doubt we would be lucky enough to get 2 Plan A's but anything is possible.

I cant see why not? last year I would not of thought so, but with the signings of Todd Carney last season and the recent signings of Luke Lewis, Michael Gordon, Chris Heighington and Beau Ryan, i think it is more than possible to sign the 3 above players, the Salary Cap increase will be a help to clubs like us to sign such players, not to mention the approvement of the developent plan resulting in the club being able to attract such players that we previously couldnt, so do you honestly think we cant sign the three players?

The cap is going up like 800k and the money that off contract players are asking will go up as well.

If anything next year will be a very lean year. Tupou will go but we'll need to up the payments of a few guys as well. We won't be recruiting at the same level we have been lately.

Flanagan has completed his clean out, only Gallen, Pomeroy and Tupou are still here from the Sticky days.

Tupou (released), Pomeroy (needs to go) , Morris (retire), Ross (retire) also the 800k increase in the cap. I don't see why we can sign at least 1-2 top players for next 2014.
