****. I knew we should have picked a better planet to relocate to. Mercury has nothing going for it.

Lol at the start of the season (before flanno got suspended) we had blokes picking us too come first. Matty Johns was one of them i think. Most of the betting agencies had us top 4 and definately top 8.

****ing hell how they were wrong.

Rightly so, we have a quality roster, a good competent coach with plenty of depth.

Now, we have a Gumby replacement coach, a side that is underperforming because no one is keeping them in check and ASADA on our backs every 5 seconds.

Flanno was a huge loss for us. He will have watched every game, he will make some big call when he gets back, the side wont know what hit them. The off season this year will be huge for us I reckon, come out next year with our heads screwed on.

Putting aside ASADA issues, loss of coach etc we just ended up being smashed by injuries. That is back luck and that is football. In terms of winning the premiership the side needs to get healthy over the off season, hopefully add a bit of extra firepower, and hope for better luck next year.
