I'd like to see Pickard have a shot in the centers pairing with Best for round one. Staplton and Williams on the wings with Gardner at fullback, IMO thats a back-line with plenty of potential to score points. I'm a fan of Pomeroy but I don't want to see him in the centers next year.

nice sarcasm!

i have called for pickard to be on the wing once or twice, could be a roughie

would also like to snag one of elijah niko/michael lett just for some competition/depth

With that attitude we wouldn't of had Gardner...

Yes he's tiny but he's showed plenty of potential and knows how to find the line.

We wouldnt have gardne at centre or wing!

And if gards played nyc he would be better than pickerd at fullback

Topou from the warriors would be good as well. Topou and Lett

Why is everyone so concerned about who win pick for Round 1. I know its a bit of fun - i've even picked my own team.

But the way some people go on about all the different possibilities, you'd think that who ever misses out in Round 1 is gone for the year.

I gurantee that it will take Flanno at least the first 6-8 rounds to work out what the best combos are. And is that a bad thing? As long as we win some games along the way who cares.

What I'm trying to say is we have a bit of depth next year and I think that someone big is prob gonna miss out in Round 1. Doesn't mean they wont force their way in at some stage. There are also gonna be injuries. The Round 26 team wont look anything like the Round 1 team imo.

I also think that Robson will get first crack at Halfback.

Hotdog has to be on the wing. He is our best specialised winger

Hotdog has to be on the wing. He is our best specialised winger. Your starting forwards are weak

if townsend is tearing it up in nsw cup comes into 7 kelly to 14 to play gidley role. Although at the moment our centres dont look like world beaters, the competition is extremely healthy and getting quality ball from the best halves combination in the comp wont hurt either :)

I'll have a go:

1. Gardner
2. Mills
3. Pomeroy/Leulete - If Pom is moved to the pack, Leulete deserves a chance.
4. Best
5. Williams/Stapleton/Wright/Gordon - Can't decide sorry
6. Kelly
7. Carney
8. Gibbs
9. De Gois
10. Ross
11. J.Smith
12. Gallen
13. Graham

14. Fifita
15. Taga/Bukuya - Again can't decide.
16. Tupou
17. Morris/Robson - Once again can't decide......loving our depth this year ;)

There ya go. I'll probably change my mind a million times between now and next season, but that's my opinion ATM.
