He's a sour little **** who is always whining about something he doesn't like and justifies it by offering opinion as fact. We've just been an easy target.

Now he's set his season of **** dribbling up: if we go good he told ya so. If we go bad he can whinge about how disappointing we are and use his opinion that we'd win it as evidence we underachieved.

We are better underdogs, I hate anyone tipping us, especially premierships. At least with Maloney we now may well have a plan B to go to in the big games if things ain't going our way like the the big teams have... I'm pumped

It's refreshing to see people mentioning us when they talk about premiership contenders, it just means that everyone else can see the potential I see with this team. I like the underdog tag as well but let's feel good about the publicized positivity shall we?

I see nothing wrong with us being talked up in the press for this season. We complain when they ignore us and ridicule us, we should be happy we're finally getting recognition.

But it's a funny game Rugby League and a funny world we live in. Win only one or two from our first five and they'll soon change their tune.

To be fair though, he hammered us over of negative headlines that the club and it's players brought on themselves. Yes he goes way too far over the top and speculates on a bat **** insane level. BUT, it's his job. If our mob didn't create those stories he wouldn't have been so critical of us.

At least he has the balls to tip Cronulla of all teams to win the comp.
