I think the bit that stood out most to me about his interview was what he said about signing there.

Something along the lines of, he saw the way the club was rebuilding, and he could be a bigger factor in this than going elsewhere and slotting in. I think he likes a bit of responsibility which is great because after all he is the half back, leading players around.

I think its great that he didnt go straight to the doors of a club like Melbourne or Manly or somewhere where he could have been garunteed(at the time) a little more success than what the Sharks were having. That shows balls, noone wants to be a loser, but to choose a losing club over other offers shows alot of work ethic to me

Graham to 13 cause you then have 2 ball players on each side of the ruck in Wade and Kelly. This with Gal and Jez on the edges who attract defenders and pop short passes. Toops back to bench where he plays the best as an attacking impact player. To me Townsend appears the perfect general.

Thinking about it. This actually makes sense to me. At least worth a try and why not give Townsend a go. The kid can play.
