I've heard Baz has been offered a position at the club to help out Flanno as a coach/ ambassador type role

why is there a riff fan on this forum did ya get kicked off yours???

Nah I just made myself a coach last season when David Simmons signed just to ask about him. Also to post about Aiton when he left and now Graham. Wouldn't come to a sharks forum if I was kicked from the Penrith one anyway I would go to LU.

Graham's signature a timely boost for Cronulla
CHRIS BARRETT AND CHRIS DUTTON
July 24, 2010

CRONULLA have received some good news after a week the club would rather forget, with promising young Penrith playmaker Wade Graham to join the Sharks next year.

Graham, 19, had been weighing up offers from the Sharks and North Queensland after the Panthers were unable to retain him, focusing instead on keeping hold of the likes of the representative trio of centre Michael Jennings, winger Michael Gordon and back-rower Frank Pritchard.

In a major boost for the Sharks, he has agreed to relocate to Toyota Stadium.

His manager Mark Stewart told Cowboys chief executive Peter Parr that the youngster had knocked back a move to Townsville. However, North Queensland did snare Dragons winger Kalifa Fai-Fai Loa for two years.

The key signing is timely for Cronulla, coming just a day after captain and five-eighth Trent Barrett confirmed he would be retiring at the end of the season.

It is a bright end to a tumultuous week for the club. It began with a flogging last Saturday night at the hands of Manly, a humiliation that was followed just a day later by coach Ricky Stuart's decision not to see out the season.

Stuart's assistant, Shane Flanagan, will take charge for the first time when the Sharks visit Canberra tonight.

The beleaguered club is also hoping to soon confirm the signing of Dragons back-rower Jeremy Smith, while Panthers winger Brad Tighe is also reportedly close to switching from Penrith to Cronulla.

I can't wait for next year.

Kelly will get a chance and I would not be suprised to see him come of the bench next year. He needs to bulk up and when he does, look out.

Wouldn't get to excited about Kelly just yet!!! I've heard he is skating in thin ice at the club at the moment. Fergo syndrome I believe.
