Isnt this Parra stuff just like our situation back in 2013?

I kept hearing: Phone taps, Credit card statements, Guys buying supplements straight out of car boots.

But when it came to the crunch, nothing could be proved.

There seems to be a lot of noise about the Eels atm - but what can be proved?

I stupidly thought he would be good, have a feel for the game...
Would appear I am along way off the mark, luckily I kept these opinions to myself till now.

Well that's the thing - anyone that takes that job on is going to be biased, or perceived to have an agenda, if they have obvious connections to a club. Greenberg is particularly bad in this regard.

Gallop was a cleanskin.

Agree, but I never harboured any ill feeling or pre perceived ideas on the bloke, other than I thought he would be good, thus far not so much. He just needs to go the old line in the sand, and reset the game and it's governing body, hopefully he can turn the ship round once the broacasters ain't running the game... Seriously the origin half time thing was my breaking point what other sport let's broadcaster decide how long a break is without consult.

Never liked Greenburg. Kind of guy that talks with a folksy charm that tricks people into believing he has the answers.

Probably has a poster on the wall which lists 5 or 6 possible responses to any given situation. Just closes his eyes and throws a dart at it.

Be interesting to see a stern-off between Greenburg and Dutton.


Like a staring competition but it would be all about the stern countenance.
