Simmons just needs to go, has nothing to offer, one major problem is speed in our backs, Kearny cant be everywhere, bit more speed and perhaps a bit more points.

What about Fraser anderson, he has been awsome, is he back next week, if so, i think him for Simmons, covell for brown needs to happen, anyone who is kicking 50 percent after 7 rounds shouldn't be kicking.

he has been terrific in the backrow so why change it........he will come in for cooper or stepehnson. Stapleton has obviously been in great form so give him a shot n hes got speed.

Yep after the 2nd try Warren was just astounded how Simmons left a hole there again, and said that Simmons is not a centre, he should be on the wing. Ive been watching Simmons since he started, im not astounded.

but really we lost it in the 1st half, u just cant be that dominant over another side and not score points, if we were 20 in front they're crushed and unlikely to come back.
when its that close its always going to be a lucky dip in the last 15 mins.
not gunna be good for home game attendance.

i'm just about to write off this season as a training run for 2009,10,11.

we've got ability and potential but we cant seem to get it together just yet.

simmo had a shocker(in reality cost us the game) i'd like to see him in cobras to sort his sh!t out.

was impressed with peek early in the game.
not too sure about seu seu yet.(first game)
dougy should be close to an origin spot.

my god im watching the replay. we should of scored at least 2 more trys trys. at least!!. seu seu and simmons need to be dropped. i think covell needs to go. my god its just woeful. simmons goes for the intercept every single time the balls near him. and does he think hes gonna go the enitre distance anyway? hes not even that fast anymore!. im expecting alot of changes in the sharkies o and we wont find out the changes for 2 weeks which isnt that good either.

Maybe Stapleton/Anderson/Brown or even Missi could make a difference in the backs, but really, I see the lack of points coming from poor last tackle options- give the backs more 50/50 chances with bombs or grubbers that stay in goal and they will score more points. Mostly they have been good in defence, with the last two weeks a sad exception, but even so, we kept both teams to low enough scores and had enough attacking chances to beat Penrith and the Tigers.

I agree with you Zakspiders that Gallen should be in the Aussie team (and is! good call), Douglas is getting closer (except he didn't get city/country honours) but maybe another year or two, and it is good to see Noddy running at the line (and with success). But don't let him kick when we are attacking!

Seu Seu was pretty poor- I hope he improves or we pluck a miracle replacement for De Gois for next year...we really did miss Kingston, who has this year has started to improve from "solid defender" to "solid defender able to make dangerous runs".
