For sure, but so does any missing two regular starters.

As much as it sucks I'm looking forward to Hazelton getting a go. I also haven't given up on Williams just yet.

Wonder if we could see a McInnes/Graham (or maybe Graham starts) lock combo go well for a few weeks mean Finucane moves permanently into prop rotation while Toby is out?
Could be the best use of available troops - they get a couple weeks to do a solid job to show it's an option.

Hazelton (presumably) or Tapuha (potentially) get a couple weeks to try and fight their way above Trindall/Tracey (0 minute utility) and potentially even Williams as jersey 17.

Nelson Asofa-Solomona, Logan Bayliss-Brow, Eddie Blacker, Morgan Boyle, Ethan Bullemor, JJ Collins, Poasa Faamausili, Jordan Grant, Wiremu Greig, Emre Guler, Samuel Hughes, Josh Kerr, Liam Knight, Spencer Leniu, Matthew Lodge, Jordan McLean, Thomas Mikaele, Tepai Moeroa, Chris Patolo, Tukimihia Simpkins, James Tamou, Jamayne Taunoa-Brown, Martin Taupau, Luke Thompson, Jared Waerea-Hargreaves, Aaron Woods

Emre Guler probably only one that jumps out at me as affordable and becoming quite consistent. Although Raiders will try to keep him.
Obviously there are some attractive bigger names there

My first thought was moving Dale into the middle when he returns, I'd probably start with Kaufusi at lock though and run Mcinnes, Tommy, Hunt/BHU(1 starting) and Williams on the bench.

I put a question in the rumour mill at the start of the week asking if we should try swapping Connor for another player and Emre was my initial thought.
Raiders have Mooney coming through and are short outside backs. Few aging bodies in that pack though I guess.

That really sucks for Toby, just felt he was starting to get going this year. Three months isnt the end of the world, hopefully he’s well rested for a finals push.

I’d either start Hunt or move Dale to prop and bring in either Wade or Cam into 13.

I’ll add my voice to the chorus of folks hoping Hazelton gets a spot in the 17, but we’ll see.

Guler 👍🏾 and i'd even have JWH over for a season, add some fire to the pack
