Don't know if he has a thread for himself yet (if he does, mods just merge them).

Congratulations to Robinson on his debut for the Sharks, played well and was unlucky not to score a try.

Definitely deserved a run due to his form in the reggies.

Could he be a bit of a bryan norrie type player, toiling away in the lower grades before becoming a proper first grader in his mid 20's ?

He should have been awarded a penalty try, or at least earned a penalty.

His head was attacked while attempting to score a try.

Did not even get a mention.

Absolutely.

He was placed in a figure four headlock the whole time he was trying to ground the ball.

Penalty as a minimun.

Agree. He actually got hit in the head on the initial impact as well.

He did ok last night, kinda got over powered a couple of times though. I don't watch a lot of nsw cup, but I've liked the look of him every time I've seen him.

Are you for real...

I don't agree with SI saying it should have been a penalty try, but it should have been a penalty non the less.

If Robinson stayed down and tried to milk a penalty, he would have gotten one.

Maybe, but if you change that decision you change the whole result. "Sliding doors".
I'm happy with that decision (only cos the result finished in our favour).

It is weird that it's fine to put someone in a headlock if you're stopping a try but not in general play. That tackle in general play would go on report and he'd do time.
