Think we need to submit him to the egg test in regard to whether he's a true believer.

Without wishing to influence egg's decision, paragraph 4 of the article seems to bring the true believer aspect into question.

Also interested in endevour's thoughts on what makes a harmen chief executive.

Egg test to him .
We're down by 24 points against Bronco"s at half time and bookies offering a special Broncos at $4 to win bet .
Would you back them ?
If he says YES , then piss him off , wrong attitude.
No True Believer would back against the mighty Sharks .
No matter what :)

Totally wrong. You bet to win money. The team you bet on has nothing to do with who you support.

Actually we are still surrounded by swamp, mangroves and sand - just with some concrete in the mix now

Losing Keogh, Gorman in a short space of time I would be lying if I said I wasn't a tad nervous about things

Curious recruitment decision by the Board. Major warning signs for me knowing his historical relationship with the Sharks as well as his reputation around clubland.

As many have said, the decision to allow the football club to report exclusively unto itself, I believe, got us into that whole ASADA mess. i’d hate to see that situation repeat itself.

I believe rhe footbal club needs to have a layer of executive above it to address financial, legal, governance and reportabilty issues and I do not believe that is to a Board level but to someone’ like a Group CEO who is there on the ground to look after day-to-day matters.
