Honestly if the cowboys want to let him go and the tigers do get him. I think the Tigers would improve straight away. They lack direction and he is a fairly good organiser.

He also isn't the reason the cowboys are playing so bad. There are a number of cowboys players who are not putting in defensively. This is not a halfback issue, people like to blame halfbacks though.

He's certainly not turning them around, but he was never capable of that.
They may have got what they needed out of him - a vet halfback with good game control knowledge to bridge a gap until they feel like Dearden can move into halfback.

Drinkwater suspension didn't help them, players like Nanai not helping either. Probably paid roughly Nikora and Wilton combined and being comprehensively outplayed by both. Have had a few other injuries (like JT/Luki/Neame) but most sides have injuries.
Doesn't help themselves they have cap wasting on Leilua either, but that is their own fault for signing someone from such a dumb family.

Yeah agreed. They have actually signed quite well, and if Douehi was at 6 they really just need someone to manage the simple stuff and kick to the game plan.

Hypothetically, who would the Cowboys actually be able to replace him with? Hampton? They just lost Chester for the season so can't bring him in and move Drinkwater back to 6. That leaves Elliott, Holmes or Hiku as their starting fullback for the rest of the year. Yuck.

Never thought about that, e are getting exceptional value from our second rowers.

They are actually very nice people

Luciano is humble and Joey is his own person but the family themselves are very nice people - just be mindful when you say things like that especially if you don’t know them
