so if we sign FPN and re-sign toops they are our bench props ?

FPN is wanted at the Warriors as well. We may be talking to Justin Poore.

Gardner has been asked to take a pay cut or leave. If you thought Toops was overpaid you'd freak out at what Gardner is on. Ricky Stupid dollars.

Lafai is target No. 1 now.

I just got a message on twitter. Dont want to start something if it doesnt happen but here it is.

"Peachey has just done a backflip Gould is fuming deal may be withdrawn"

FWIW the same bloke told me to pull my head in re Carney (I may have lost it a little when he was sighted at the Dragons game.)

Not so much a backflip as he hadn't agreed to anything. He asked Gould for more time to decide. His preference is to stay.

That was a reply to frenzy.
I reckon Poore is a good target. The sharks record of improving front rowers is second to none IMO, so signing a guy with talent who is out of form makes sense.

Interesting quote from frenchfooty.com

When asked if there was much difference between the identical twins, David replied, with a laugh: “No. Well, (on second thoughts) this season there probably is. After the pre-season he’s had and the one I haven’t had, he’s weighing in probably seven kilos lighter than me.”

Unlikely at this point in time. Gards thinks he is worth what he is on.

Chad's offer was pretty small as well.

There is a definite shift in attitude down there when it comes to paying overs.

Savings made from not paying overs for the likes of Chad may be used to retain blokes like Peach.

Unfortunately for Gards he has not played enough footy. No club I imagine is knocking down his door offering a big contract

Trying to think of a club in need of a FG fullback that won't come cheap. The dogs if they lose Barba? Canberra? It's a position where a lot of clubs are pretty well served at the moment.

Parra? Back up for Hayne? I think most of the Hayne back ups are in the dirty dozen.

Some of you guys have short term memories. Pomeroy ripped Lafai to shreds in the Coast earlier this year. Too bad he has slippers for hands and can't ****ing pass a ball. Lafai is not as good as Leutele, Jonno Wright or Pomeroy. His hands are just safe.

This frenzy guy is spot on with our targets. As I posted previously. FPN and Poore would be nice replacements for Ross and Taufua. We would all love a class winger/centre too. Hodko is on the verge of signing, so expect Robson to be pushed into the hooking role next year. See you later J.Morris.
