Who here would have Terrell May in the side? Is he an improvement on what we currently have? Being completely honest here I haven’t watched him play often (avoid roosters game cause I just can’t stand that club).

Absolutely. He looks most likely to be the next big thing as a prop IMO. Finished the year amazingly.

Might have been Kemp who said it, but who ever it was said the roosters might be keen on his brother

He’s only played a handful of good games and saved them for until roosters were in form.

They were very good though, decent chance he can replicate with some consistency, but I’m not so convinced I think we need to go crazy hard for him, given we have AFB coming

This one interests me. If this "play wiff me bros" thing is a thing then I'd steer well clear. Not because of any perceived "no ******** policy" but because I don't think entitled twats should have that much sway in dictating to clubs.

To me he hasn't set the world on fire in his handful of games when he had JWH and Collins firing, that hides a lot of sins. Is he worth having as a building block? Yes, probably he is, on the Sharks terms only.

I think we have just as good bubbling away below our top tier. I believe Tuku has become very serious in the off season and we've now seen both Nicho and Fitzo talk him up in interviews. There's something in Bradbury as well. He's angry.

Probably sums up ambivalence for me. If we get him, good. If we don't, still good.

Apart from that I just don't think we need the other two.

Me either. Taylan good enough but we would lose an Iro or a Stonestreet or even a Dykes to have him I reckon.

Tyrone would struggle to make the Jets team IMO.

If you signed May for ‘25 presumably for at least 3 years you’d have

May 25 26 27
Katoa 25 26
Ramien 25 26
Talakai 25 26
Gabrael 25 26
Ronnie 25
SS 25
Iro -

So most likely May goes to centre (which at this stage I don’t prefer), Iro leaves.
Ronnie Katoa and SS have their own battle although opportunity is there to dump two and move May to wing after a season, but only gives us Gabrael (from current top 30) to fill centre

That's a lot of potential disruption to a team that is building nicely.

If we highly rate May as a left centre it’s fine, good even.

But if we sign him for that and he ends up not going well there for panthers this season oh boy

The Cowboys wish may finally have come true.

They’ve been trying to get Luciano Lueilua off their books for over 12 months now. St George are now close to signing him effective immediately. Cows will be chucking in a decent chunk of change towards his 800k a year deal.

It’s likely he’ll sign a 3 year deal with the dragqueens.
