Not sure how accurate the facebook group is, but someone posted a screenshot of a private message with Lichaa in which he stated he's waiting to see if he gets a run in firsts. No idea how old the screenshot is, could be a day or a year old for all I know.

The club needs to stop giving their paying members reason to burn the club. Normally it's disgruntled fans that are the ones that instigate change. Let's face it, this club is a basket case, so of course the fans are going to burn the club to force change.

Nah you're wrong there, fans aren't burning this club. What's burning this club is an acceptance of mediocrity. I'm as loyal and diehard as they come, I follow every player and every game and have for over 30 years. Gibson said it and Anderson said in different ways but they we're right.
Doesn't make me love the team less.

To be brutally honest Morris should never have been re-signed. I know everyone bags DeGois but he would be the better foil for Lichaa. Morris would be on 200k. That is a waste of money. Lichaa should have been upgraded last year for the same money and given the crack at first grade. That is a succession plan. Now we will probably be left holding our dicks.

I think the only reason Morris hasn't retired yet is because he wants to reach 300 games.
And what does that say about the decision? Is it more important that Morris reach 300 or we retain our most promising 9 in forever? Terrible recruitment decision.
