I don't think there would be many of us who thought he would get much less than that.
This is a big thing the game is trying to stamp out. Charging down a kick is one thing (ala Steve Price) but going in with a leading elbow directed straight at a blokes chin is another. If Ben had of gone in with arms up (blocking kick attempt) he would not be experiencing an extended holiday.
I don't like any of the boy's sitting games out due to suspension but it was a little bit reckless. It is a pity, he was on fire, form wise, and it is hoped he comes back ready to rock n roll.

7 weeks
****tt
thats tough

Not really. Quiet light, considering his past indiscretions and the fact he was the first up for what they're trying to stamp out. I personally was expecting 8-10. Take away the carry over points and he only got 5 or so. Very light.

Well done judiciary.

You lot are kidding aren't you.

Today I wore a tie for the first time since my 2nd Grade school photo, and I'm still spewing about it.

The slut things we do for money eh? :D

I thought all English teachers at those upper class whore houses on the north side had to wear a tie.

7 weeks well that ain't good but ain't bad either as I think it needs to be stamped out, so this leaves him with no points carryover?

7 weeks was fair. However I believe it was the product of being a channel 9 game.

Next game against Mlb will be talked up in every paper.

just on the topic of ross, lets look back to last week where he got KO'd
this week hodgson is named to play after being concussed as is nathan sharpe (western force rugby union)
seems ross is a trend setter
look for plenty of elbows next week

Not a bad time of the season to have a representative prop injected into your pack. Could be a needed boost towards the half way mark of the season. If only Reece was back by rd20 we'd be laughin'

Are you fuk*n kidding me, and Ross was gutless... what the fuk are you on?! A guys hands are held to his side and he cops a punch first then an elbow in the head, and thats funny? Yeah heaps funny! Are you sick? I'd like to see your reaction if you had your hands held while some 110kg bloke belts the sh*t out of your head?

yes this is true but cooper was in just as a vulnerable place when he was hit by a leading elbow from ross. I think the acts by ross n white were just as bad as eachother but in the end white wouldnt of smashed ross if ross hadnt hit cronk in the first place.
