Garbage. As previously quoted "Ian Byrne for Stewart announced the 24-year-old's intention to plead not guilty".

There has been no plea entered to my knowledge, however if there has been, I can guarantee you that the plea was not "Innocent".

I never suggested that he hasn't been to Court yet.

I stated that the case hasn't been heard yet.

It has had some "mentions", however the case will not be "heard" (meaning full trial hearing) until this Monday.

As stated above, there is no suggestion that he has not been to Court yet.

What the thing here that I think you are missing is that you stated the following as fact:

It is quite likely that Brett Stewart has digitally penetrated a number of chicks in the past, however you directly related it to a specific circumstance. A circumstance that is still pending Court determination.

At the end of the Brett Stewart trial, if he has been found not guilty, he and his legal team can legally attempt to sue you for libel, and you would have to turn up to Court and explain your situation.

If this occurs, I would strongly advise you to not plead "Innocent" .

Mate, I live amongst them!

I've heard a plethora of local street talk surrounding the Brett Stewart case, and some of it I rate higher than others.

I suspect that there will be a number of twists and turns before this case is finished.
