Would you pick him week in week out at the moment if you were the coach?
Potentially be tight between him and Isaako but with Isaako committing to Dolphins next year makes sense to get on board the Cobbo train.

Isaako playing for a different team now is possibly a factor too ;)

For the Broncos - sure - but he is a work in progress. Remember 2014 Val Holmes. He gave up just as many as he scored, but with young outside backs you live with that for a while. For some guys it's worth having the short term pain for long term gain. Origin is not the place for that though.

Yeah agreed. The QLD team is strong enough to not need those freakish moments enough to take the risk on him.

Yes now he is but presumably if I was the coach I was also the coach before he signed for the Eels Titans
Well in that case it was you who snubbed Isaako in the first place!

Hynes in squad
I'm glad he is in squad but no way does he make starting 17 unless injuries etc.

Hopefully being around the squad will help reinvigorate him for the second half of year.

We need to remember this is is first year as the main man at NRL level.

A lot of people want him at 14 but I’d rather it be Wightin

No Corey Oates for Qld IMO is a mistake. Bloke has been brilliant this year.

No Fiifta. Good call. He's been ordinary. I would have picked Mo though.

Picking Capewell, Kaufusi or Nanai over Fifita is laughable.
Kaufusi is a better player than Fifita imho. Plays 80, better defender, much higher work rate, better in effort areas.

For the other two, I reckon it's the coach/selectors giving a rocket to Fifita. He's become a "strike" player who is offering very little value elsewhere. Needs to roll the sleeves up.
