That liverpool performance was a smash and grab straight out of the Jose Mourinho handbook from the Chelsea days. AB1 unbelievable against probably the best PSG 'team' I have seen for a long while

Squads in for the WCQ.

A bit of a conservative squad. Sydney FC veterans Anthony Caceras and Alex Grant (on debut) get much deserved call ups. Great to see Triantis and Trewin get a look in. Disappointed that Iredale missed out though.

I was very surprised Adelaide's Archie Goodwin didn't get a call up tbh. He's been lighting it up this season.

Won’t be an easy game. Indonesia are on the rise a bit. Coached by Dutch legend Patrick Kluivert and they have Jordi Cruyff as a technical director. They’ve also naturalised quite a few Dutch players. They have a clear Dutch themed direction in that organisation and it is paying off for them. Form is quite Jeckyl & Hyde. Lost their last match at home to the Philippines. But they own a home win and an away draw against the Saudis and held us to a nil all draw in the away game. They’re sitting in 3rd right on our heels and surprisingly in front of the Saudis.

So who knows what we’ll get but I feel like they wont roll over for us, they’ll come here and sit in a low block, Australia don’t handle that well and havent for a long time.

No offence but you really have to love your soccer, which you guys clearly do, to get into this tournament.

I reckon it is unless you're really into it. Personally I have zero interest watching us play Indonesia or the like. Not having a shot btw, good luck to those of you that do, you're obviously into it.
I get into it more towards the back end, when the qualification race heats up. Agree with you it’s a bit of a punish in the earlier stages.
