He's getting some pretty ordinary ball atm. Not sure why we're not winding him up early instead of playing flat and late with him. It's not his game.

The massive smacking tackle he did on Rapana may have been the reason Rapana was clutching at his guts for the rest of the game and could possibly have impacted the result of the encounter.

Should have used the spoiler for that one 😉
Trindall's capable of running it deeper though, surely
Nicho gave him a bad ball as well near the end of the game.

As mentioned by others just go back to giving him early ball.

I'm pretty sure he's been carrying an injury for a few weeks - the fact that he couldn't put that dude into touch a couple of weeks ago when he had a decent shot on him got my attention...
Agreed wonder if it’s like a sternum or something similar, loved it when his first second and third game plan was to simply steamroll whatever was in front of him.
Still love the velvet rhino though

I actually think his yardage carries have been better in the last few weeks than the month or so previous. Just need to cut out the dropsies on those runs.

Other than yardage he's been good, but the combination with Tricky is definitely a work in progress. Has been credited with 2 errors the last two games because of awful passes from Tricky, and in both cases the two players clearly weren't on the same page. Tricky is crabbing a bit too - which is possibly a bit of adjustment for him playing on the left side. Needs to play straighter like he did on the final try today.

Stats are bs. He is not a football player. Full stop.

If you're talking soccer I'll have to agree. He's a rugby league player.
There is only one footy and that's league. And Sifa is no good at it. Maybe he should try soccer? Talk about dick fingers? Williams catches better.

Pretty sure they carry the ball in league. I think that carrying the ball in an upright position is evolutionary advancement and makes for a far superior game but there is substance to soccer's claim to the word footy.

Personally, I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Sifa’s form slumped after we got injuries to both Teig and Kennedy.

They gave Sifa early ball during our backline movements which allowed him to use his strength and silky hands set up Ronnie.

On the contrast, Sifa gets very late ball from both Wade and Tracey as they like to really skirt the defensive line before passing. I’ve noticed that they both tend to do this little sidestep just before they pass which makes Sifa pull up on his run so he can stay behind. This results in Talakai needing to catch a pressure pass while he has no real momentum.
