Problem is - if you bag someone's intelligence because they are (albeit wrong assumption) a player - and you're "expertise" is "being a mad ****", watching games and reading a lot - then you have no credibility whatsoever, let alone have a right to abuse anyone for having the skill to recognise a good player and an opportunity.

exactly right. Week in week out everyone has that 'woulda shoulda coulda' attitude. Like they know better than the high paid PROFESSIONAL players and coaching staff. If these people were as physically able, or has enough 'football brain' theyd be earning the dollars Flanno does.

End of the day 17 guys passing, kicking running, they work on plays all week, work on fitness and drills, practice catching, toughen up. Come game day, it pays off or it doesnt. All us watching the game cannot judge the players or team on a performance, because everyone has the answers after the game. But that doesnt help anyone, and the next week, its different teams, different scenario's. No ammount of pissing and moaning on here will change what the sharks club or team does.

70 odd % of people on here say sign carney. Do you think when the club signs a player they troll this forum and make sure its ok with us that they do?

Secondly, you've completely missed the point - you're the one questioning the intelligence of other posters, not me. You basically stated that a player is stupid (and continued that in the above post).

The game is a little more difficult than you think muppet.

I don't disrespect your opinion on the Carney issue - but you obviously disrespect any issue that's opposite to yours.

in your first example i was clearly disrespecting a person, not his opinion. being a one time semi-professional in a sport not yet known to us here on Sharksforever, i sincerely respect Snowy's opinion, even though, on this topic we don't see eye to eye.

your second example doesn't portray me showing any disrespect to anyone's opinion at all. all it shows is that i was claiming, like most people already think/know, that footy players are quite often knuckle heads. not once was an opinion bought into question, let alone disrespected.

I was a 1 time professional, and please dont attack that.
The injury surgery and rehabilitation I endured was horrible.

I am now a current semi professional player.

And the sport i play is known to the majority on here.
