I thought the SG Ball team deserved their own thread. A lot of these players will be going up to 20's next year. I will move those guys in to the JF thread in the off season.
For those who don't know much about SG Ball - It's a 14 team U18 comp which features all of the Sydney teams (including the non merged Tigers, Magpies, Steelers and Dragons), the Roosters team plays out of the Central Coast, and there is a Perth team called the West Coast Pirates. They play a 9 round home and away season with finals and then a Grand Final played in the first week of May. The better players go up to 20's or possibly local A grade comps, and the rest go back to their local U18's after that.
The Sharks team won 7, lost 2 and finished 4th. They were eliminated the week before the GF 17-16 by the eventual winners, Penrith. The same thing happens in Qld with a National final played the week after. Penrith beat Souths-Logan (Bronco David Fifita's team) with a try right on full time to win the National Final.
