I don't think Cov's kicking has much to do with it.

We're in the unfortunate position of having Luke as one of our only senior, responsible and marketable players. I say this is unfortunate because he is not one of our best players and occupies a position which is generally reserved for blooding youth in today's game.

This made obvious with the Cov's Kids Club membership. Unless he is struck down with injury, I can't see any more than one wing spot being up for grabs in 2010.

at this stage first choice would have to be collis and wright. but the main change if the form of some of our young fringe players go well.

Pomeroy and Collis. I think of Pomeroy in the City-Country where he was one of the best on the field despite struggling with us all year. I reckon he needs to play some basketball or something to get catching/passing happening.

D J Collis MUST be put on the right side with Fergo outside him. Deano has a solid kicking game and can put on a great flick pass. Put Fergo with his speed, confidence and natural ability outside him and watch these two pile on the points. Although Deano is a freak goal kicker, unfortunately it irritates his hamstrings,so we shall see...

Welcome shark 3 or should we say Collis maybe lol, the more info on your thoughts on Collis would be appreciated bit strange you picked the number 3 though :p.

I think that would be really good if they can get a combo going it would make my year that's what fergo needs is a centre that can give him good ball chuck in a bit of freaky stuff and it would make my year that for sure even if we didnt make the eight.

centres and wingers working of each other is what we dont really have thus we have been relying on the halves and I think that's our downfall pressure our halves an we are farked having combos out wide can relive the pressure on the halves a good deal I think.

I would say Poms off the bench he did the most damage when he did that last season.

covell and poms

So your saying Cov Poms one side and Collis and Fergo the other?

Deano, like a lot of young blokes is a confidence player...if he and Fergo can gel and Fergo shares his confidence and puts his faith in Deano ,Deano will more than repay him with a level head, quick thinking and smart play. He'll put him in holes all day. If there's one thing Deano can provide, it's good ball :p

I picked Collis and Pomeroy. Pomeroy from what ive seen of him before this year, i believe is a good centre. But it was hard to choose between him and Matt Wright, i chose pomeroy because i really think Wright is a future player, while pomeroy is in is peak years.

I don't think we've got an experienced fullback option. At least 3 or 4 young blokes will be vying for the spot though so fingers crossed one stands up and makes it his for years to come.

Cap my whole point for the last 6 mnths?

Pom and Collis. Can't wait to see the 2 of them in action.

If that involves Pom actually catching and passing the ball I cant wait to see it either.

We have tried Pomm now for like 2 seasons (or is it 3?) either way he has been TERRIBLE for us in that span of time at centre, he just heaps TO MANY MISTAKES, furthermore it isnt like he is quick either.

Time for someone new, PLEASE Ricky, you realized how bad he was last season and booted him to second row that was done for a reason, before doubting yourself check out the replays!
