Taylan is decent but if you were going through their starting side to pick a player to have out he's probably one of the last ones you'd take.
Still would give us CT vs Staines instead of vs May.

Why shouldn't he be able to fight his charge?

He shouldn't get off, but he should be able to fight it.
Probably say it was the safest thing for both players and wiggle out of it though...
That’s what I meant, he shouldn’t get off.

think he means he shouldnt be able to serve his suspension in a world cup, which is a strange take

if he means he shouldnt get off, then absolutely he shouldnt, dont think he will either, although he may get a downgrade

That too. Suspension should be club matches and origin

I kind of agree. The international game is good for growth. It's less of an issue in burgess's case, but someone like Tonga missing out on Taumalolo would be a real shame for the wider game as a whole.
So don’t whack heads then

I kind of agree, but at the end of the day you don’t need to serve any suspension if you just keep it clean (or you’re on the ‘fine only’ list)

Yeah I get that, and don't disagree. I'd just take the PVL line of it's better for the fans on this one. If you want to grow the game to new areas then you need the best guys playing. I don't feel sorry for the player missing out.

kind of agree, that said, JWH went into full thug mode, so you cant reward him for being a ******** and allowing him to play in a world cup

that will hurt him more

also, if JT13 gets suspended for being a grot, then thats on him, i dont feel sorry for tonga and he shouldnt be able to play for them

Why can’t we adopt penriths tactic of protecting the kicker on the last? Hynes takes a while to setup, he could use that extra time

Any Katoa ?
Yeah I am not one for gawking at all the players but pretty sure I saw him and his rats tail. Didn’t think to check whether he was injured. Looks like they’re using Cronulla Surf Club for the morning… nice place to do a video session if so

burgess 100% goes to the judiciary to fight it, knowing that if he loses he can serve the suspension in the group stages of the world cup
If he loses isnt it 3 weeks so would mean no GF if they go that far. Take the 2 weeks and if they make the GF he can play.

All teams would do video on that, and plan to do it. That's one of those "one percenters" that people talk about. Been on for 30 minutes? Would love a 10 second breather on the blind side? Sure - but I need to run 10 metres to be a blocker. I'll do that.

Same as things like kick chase and pushing up in support when the hooker scoots. All teams plan to do it. Only the good ones actually do.
