Thought he looked good when he first joined the first grade squad, but faded through the regular season. Hoping he has developed a bit of staying power

This guy is a rock and not just built like one but plays like one now as well. What a monster game, most tackles of anyone on the field even outdoing the 2 hookers. no mistakes, no penalties, strong carries. not just solid he looks dangerous hitting the line

how he didn't spill the ball receiving those short flat hospital passes in front of the teeth of the defense I do not know but he held them and then takes the hit.
he drops those every time last season

Loving him this year

Got himself all set for a big season...

Did look good, named to start or bench in a few different team of the weeks I saw. Never thought that'd happen.

he got in the team of the week when he scored that try v penrith

but few and far between

forwards peak and mature at different times and he looks like he is hitting his straps

if anyone saw how he finished last season in nsw cup, this may not come as a surprise because he was just about the best forward in the comp

He's been consistently one of the best NSW Cup players for the last three seasons.

He prob didn't deserve a club on his first grade performances in 2019. Depends what games/comps recruiters were watching, if they are doing their job they are keeping an eye on the lower grades

If you’re job is recruitment and you aren’t watching NSW/Qld Cup finals at least I feel like you’re in the wrong job

Depends on what you want from your 13.
I’m not sure he is a ball player so I think I’d rather Mags in the 13 and Sorro and Williams can battle it out for a bench spot.
Sorro is ahead at this stage.

If you’re rotating a ball player and a non-ball player wouldn’t it make sense to run the ball player off the bench when opposition more fatigued?

His skills are a probably a bit rusty, but he played hooker and a bit of 5/8 in the juniors

Source: Played a grade above him at De La Salle

Yes , Sorenson is carting the ball up so strongly that he gets the start .

Billy relieves him from the bench .

Williams to #18 on form ...
