**** that for a joke. I'm going to commit to running either 50 or 100km in March (over the course of the month) for a local charity, haven't made up my mind on which one yet thinking probably the 100km.I watched a running doco on the weekend. One of the guys does 320km per week. That is insane.
I tried to go for a run a couple weeks ago and only lasted 3k lol. Might give this C25k thing a go.
I have downloaded the App and ready to roll.

I've dropped about 11-12 kilos through mainly diet and swimming over the last few months. Down to 100kgs for the first time in about 10 years.
Like chadley I've cut out the soft drinks completely and only drink water now.

I hit my first speed bump a last monday (hurt my ankle playing basketball) got back out for my first run after it yesterday but pulled up pretty quickly as the ankle wasn't quite ready. I'm back under the 100kg mark though.
