He'll be a decent loss but I'm not overly concerned, BHU is just as strong to start as he is & Tolman will come off the bench, Tolman is probably a better defender, just as solid too.

Tolman is like the team security blanket. Just throw him on when you're feeling a bit nervous (and he'll never lay on you too long and give away a stupid penalty)

That's a great father man. Hope we get some video of the presentation, will be a special moment for them both and no one deserves it more than Royce.

Such a humble bloke too, I reply to his stories on insta all the time and he always takes the time to reply and be appreciative and thankful of the support.

Great story.

Royce has the potential and I hope he has a ripper next season.

In fact at that 15s National Carnival, it is announced over the Pa when making awards, that most likely that is the highest level that the majority of the 13/14 yo players there are likely to achieve ( but said in a congratulatory/positive way) in their careers. Reinforces Burgess' comments, and that the real push is from 17 yo approx.

Well at least a couple have also played senior rep footy for WA, and one from the younger pic too
Maybe CAS but I'm not sure about that one

Maybe what the PA announcer means is that being towelled up by the NSW u14's is the pinnacle of any WA player's career...

Except @bort, Josh Rogers, Cory Paterson and the guys in those photos of course ;)
Haha both those guys are definitely better than me!

Has been quite a few WA players to play NRL over the years, although many obviously had East Coast family origins. And I can see the list didn't try and make a claim for Kayln Ponga who left WA before he'd ever played League, but was born here.
And plenty of WA guys have played Qld/NSW Cup but not managed to make the next step.

Fremantle Roosters

South Perth Lions

Canning Bulldogs

North Beach Sea Eagles

Belmont Steelers

Joondalup Giants

Willagee Bears

Ellenbrook Rabbitohs

South Headland Cougars

Had scans Monday I think so probably just waiting now for the results.
An NRL club would get results later that day I assume

It’s simply a matter of when someone gets around to looking at it. Or, for a bit of a delay, if they need to send them to a specialist for some additional info.

I’ve had scans first thing in morning and been told to come back after 2pm but had a phone call 45 minutes later telling me to go to hospital.

Also a matter of if and when they can be bothered to tell the public.
