Watched the game tonight at Club Menai. Didn't like it. Not the club, the game.
Spent more time watching the keno numbers fall.
Wished Brandy would shut up.
Some terrible decisions out there tonight by the refs, for both sides. Hoppa's was a try. Wade's probably wasn't but there wasn't enough evidence to overturn it.

I'm continually amazed how something we can see either in the stand or on our TV is not seen by the refs.
Some of the things are so obvious, forward passes are missed and passes that aren't forward get called.
Toops tackle on report is an example of how soft this game is now. Wasn't even a penalty. I don't think the bloke who elbowed Gal did it deliberately either. Just part of the rough and tumble of the game.

Forget 2014 boys. It ain't gonna happen this year. Let's just concentrate on not winning the spoon and giving some young guys a run.
Robbo, Flash, Ricky, Feki and Beau really disappointed me tonight. Ayshford, De Gois, and Morris did too but they were already poo.
Gal, Toops and Wade were our strongest. Gal the best by far.

Roll on 2015.

Crap. I thought those three were below par but not disappointing. Still did most of what they are continually asked to do. The worst they played this year but they still managed to be better then some other retards out there.

We scored 24 points tonight, thats good for us.

The isnt points, its leaking them. Hayne scored 2 week ones, sandow got a soft one, their wingers and centres all scored, same story week in week out, edge defence

Mate, I agree. I did say I was disappointed with them because I know they can do so much better. But yes, many others were way worse.

Beau was actually pretty damn good for me. How many great offloads did he pop away for like 15 extra metres? His one on one tackle was also awesome.

Feki scored a great try and tried his guts out, Ricky was below his best but still made some great tackles on Hayne and covered for feki a few times.

Just remember ayshford passed it to the ****ing ground for Hayne to run away and score and gordon must really love sliding on the ground.

Well Gordon was bad tonight...
Scored one try but gifted four (3 dropped balls and an intercept that all led to tries plus being out of position allowed a 40/20...)

In my book that's a poor trade.

As for Ayshford...being out of position led to one try, and with his first breakthrough run all year he turns around and passes to no-one only for Hayne to pick it up and score...?

And Robson kicks for touch on the long side after getting a penalty and can't find the sideline...or tries his hardest to make it easy for Hayne to return the football from the fifth tackle kicks...?

Amateurs....

I feel for the guys who try their hearts out - only to see their team mates go out of their way to gift the ball back to the opposition any way they can.

We can't complain about the refereeing - just get the basics right...please. It's not rocket science!

you nailed it mate.

You sit there and watch us with the ball and you expect the following:
  • We drop it.
  • We get tackled
  • We throw a **** or forward pass
  • We run sideways
  • We kick to them on the full

Rarely am I disappointed.

Fixed. Did anyone else think when ayshford made the break that he would **** it up? I seriously picked it the second he burst through that he would throw it to parra or throw it out, but he surpsied me and gave it to hayne instead! classic Ayshford.

I was really disappointed in some of his defence tonight. That try where he was wrong footed, he didn't even attempt to make the tackle. But not the worst by a long way.

He stopped Hopoate from scoring twice in the first half when I thought he would score for all money....and he was never going to score in the corner jn the second half but he gave it his best shot and then still tried to keep the ball alive for Leutele to have a chance... And in the second half Hopoate did well to get those passes to Sio - lightning quick hands.

I thought Feki gave a good account of himself - There were a few others in the team who were second rate.

We seemed very up and down tonight.
I think the poor kicking game hurt us tremendously. There were a few times when we could have started to build some pressure, only to be let down with a poor 5th tackle option or a failure to find touch. Next thing we know, we are backpedaling with hayne dancing around.

yep agreed, we seemed to be winning the yardage game, I said it earlier we were rolling up the field with ease, needed to kick better, needed repeat sets

On the plus we scored 24 points, in a game we conceeded 42.

Go back to the dogs game . 42-4.

Haynes 2 were weak, i believe sandow didnt kick the 40-20 because they DID NOT replay it once! Even at the time alexander said they should review it.

Terrible goal line defence. Very bad. We cant keep that up.

Finals are off the table. Just play for pride
